The idea and the execution is there (for the most part). Just need a better location for the elements to work, because there's nothing in that frame to really have the photo stand out.

The railing is awkwardly cut off as is the sidewalk which is what the screener is likely getting at. Had you possibly included the majority of the sidewalk and railing it may have slipped in
