I don't like this new unnecessary new logo, but to keep things in perspective, it's better than the bland "CSX" name/look, and it's much better than Nazi-Southern black.

New EMDs butt-ugly

The new EMD's look much worse than new GEs. When EMD restyled the front end, they basterdized the appearance. I guess nobody cares about aesthetics anymore. Too bad, I like the appearance of UP...

"backlit" rejections

Depending on the shot, you might consider appealing. I've had shots that were rejected for being "backlit" accepted on appeal after I pointed out that they were actually "sidelit."

I won't try to second-guess the screeners, but if you think the photo should have been accepted you can always appeal.
