Worth an appeal?

Due to the removal of signals, and the oddity of a C&O mast on the ACL's A-Line, can this shot jump the foreground clutter and garner a spot on RP? I haven't found any other shots of it on here.

I am partial to the codeline and both crossing bucks as well: hence the reason I shot the frame the way I did. I guess I'll play around with it and see where it goes. Thanks for the input gentlemen.

Thank you all for the advice. Davis: surprisingly the tower in the background appears as is. I thought the same thing of the tower when I initially opened the picture on my computer.
