Pshop noise reduction.

Filter>Noise>Despeckle. The action will blur the picture a bit though. You can fade the Despeckle or do an Unsharp Mask, to modify the process. Both tools produce the best results when used...

MARC commuter service was suspended in Frederick, Maryland due to a sink hole that was attributed to the storm. It was a big one too. However that area is prone to sink holes which they seem to blame...
