Just curious, do you think it would be best to use Auto, Sports/Fast Action, Manual Shutter, or Shutter Speed Priority shooting mode?

I've usually used program-auto so I can force ISO 200 on it...

Yes, it's shared and unmanned. I'm there mostly when picking up someone from the Virginia Rail Express or helping a neighbor to Amtrak occationally.

I haven't had any trouble when I have a legit...

How exactly would you do that? You'd have to at least process the RAW into a JPEG to post it online which could be done many different ways...full auto or manual adjustments, program auto or camera...

I think the color could be fixed with a warming filter in Photoshop or color correction tools (I have that mostly in industrial-type florescent lights...and compact-florescents...

To me, it looks like the train is properly focused. I'd agree that the trees in the background are blurry but that's certainly not the whole thing.
