That would be illegal in CA due to the way the applicable code section is worded - and it is not trespassing.

In CA, the violation is being in an occupied RR crossing while the red lights are activated the gates are down.

Not I, but I noticed none of the other 18 photos he/she/it has doesn't have any photo descriptions
