Again with overexposed..

I think that see covered hopper it was too bright that right? And, see shadow on foreground front of me right that somehow I get overexposed?

Yes david, the covered hoppers are slightly overexposed. Really can't see any detail. Use some curves and tone those highlights down, or use a SLIGHT bit of the highlight tool. Not too much to make it look wishy washy.

David,

Both rejections have a bit of blue tint to them; that's where the bad color reject is coming from. If you can tone down the blue, or add a little bit of red to warm up the photo, you should be good to go.

It's side-lit, you should have gotten a backlit location. If they are going to be consistent, that shot should never get on unless it's some special move like a F-M Trainmaster leading an Alco and a Baldwin pulling a bunch of 40 ft boxcars. It's a pretty boring location too.
