Just another mistake upload it appears. Sure the admin will remove one of them.

Walter S 03-12-2010 07:38 PM

Looks like a double upload, ive done it myself.

coborn35 03-12-2010 07:44 PM

I wonder if anyone has ever had one accepted and one rejected.

Yes, I've done it. The rejection's called "Double Upload." ;)

Do we really need a forum post every time this happens? How many different ways can someone say, "Hey, look, it's the same shot. Never seen that before..." An email to the admin will take care of it.

Yup...Read my response below. Its no big deal. I love how people get wound up when this happens!

Janusz, Sorry for the late response (Had to make a Service Call) and thank you for the kind comments on the shots and help with cropping. I am glad you pointed that out for the screeners before somebody goes into attack mode against the screeners who volunteer there time day and night on this site. It's really nice to be able to ask a question and be able to get help or at least a pointer in the right direction. Dean

coborn35 03-13-2010 02:07 AM

No one was wound up...
But ok explanation was found, although still not sure how the screener missed it (not a rip just very odd)

travsirocz 03-13-2010 03:43 PM

How don't the screeners see it when they are back to back? #317043, #317044 Could have been 2 screeners screening. ALso agree to contact the admin but I am sure the photog already did.

Since the two shots are still up 24 hours later, one wonders if anyone actually did e-mail the admins or the photog.

Yeah, I noticed that, too. So, when one is finally removed, do they transfer the views from the duplicate to the one that stays?

troy12n 03-13-2010 04:37 PM

in the past i have posted about this sort of thing in the "site related" forum and they get removed, I would doubt the views get moved
